Zafrollys Beach House has as priority No. 1 the health & safety of our Guests & Team Members.
We have implemented protocols & trained all Team Members to mitigate the health risks presented by COVID-19.
All visitors to the property, business contractors & delivery personnel are assessed upon arrival for health standard & appropriate practices.
GUEST ARRIVAL
Your pre-arranged taxi will have been sanitised in advance and your driver will wear a mask & handle your luggage with care in the interest of hygiene. You are required to wear a mask in the taxi.
Hand sanitiser stations are positioned in key locations throughout the property for your convenience.
Should you feel unwell at anytime throughout your stay with us please inform a Team Member immediately.
SERVICING YOUR ROOM
Our housekeeping will meet with you to establish your preferred time for room servicing whilst you expect to be out of your room. All room servicing will be carried out by our well trained Team who will exercise strict safety protocols. All touch points will receive extra sanitising.
