What’s the best way to get to and from Zafrollys?

We offer complementary airport pickup/ drop off for guests staying with us. Please be sure to share your flight details with us when you book and we’ll schedule your transport accordingly. Please note our vehicle seats 4 people. Alternatively, taxis and private drivers are available on request for larger groups - please let us know if you require a larger vehicle. 

Where can I eat during my stay?
 

Santo is a secluded island, free from commercial food chains and supermarkets. We offer breakfast, lunch & dinner on request either in your villa or in the main house. Please be sure to request your meals in advance when you book to help us cater accordingly. There are some local restaurants and bars either a short stroll or drive from Zafrollys if you feel like venturing out. 

Is there access to the internet? 
 

At Zafrolly we encourage our guests to disconnect and enjoy the natural environment however, we understand business sometimes just can’t wait. We offer our guests the strongest wifi available on the island free of charge.  Please note at peak times ‘island’ internet can be slower and less reliable than usual. 

Will I have my own bathroom at Zafrollys?
 

All suites have either indoor or partially outdoor private bathrooms - see room descriptions. We rely on rain water and in the spirit of looking after the environment we ask that guests are mindful of this precious resource - please use only what you need.

How can I get around and explore Santo?
 

Our Zafrollys vehicle is available for hire exclusively to guests for day trips. Popular places include: 

  • Downtown Luganville (15 minutes)

  • RiRi blue hole (5 mins)

  • Matevulu blue hole (10 mins)

  • Nanda blue hole (15 mins)

  • Palekula Bay Golf Club* (10 mins)

  • Champagne Beach (30 minutes) 

  • Port Olry (40mins each way)

  • Hideaway beach (40 mins each way)

 

Our vehicle is a 5 seat Mitsubishi dual cab manual pickup.

*We suggest you bring your own clubs

Is there air conditioning?

At Zafrollys we take an environmentally conscious approach & rely on natural sea breezes & if that isn’t enough we have ceiling fans in all areas with 3 speeds to keep you cool and relaxed.
